Dear student..Of course you can get admission is good College for psychology .There are many renowned Colleges in Pune.  But First of all you have to decide  what course you want to pursue for eg B.A psychology or B.SC psychology or B B A psychology, on the basis of the you can choose your college because it is not necessary that the college you choose runs the course you want.

Dear.. You have to be specialised in your field. simply doing graduation or post graduation or internship will not help a lot for your placement. You need proper training and required certification. You have to decide in which field you want to pursue your career and have to look forward in that particular field. You can practice by your own after required registration in Rehabilitation Council Of India.

Good luck.
