I got 90% in cbse board and 78.6 percentile in jee main april i belong to obc ncl category and my homestate is tamilnadu will i get any nits

No, you are not going to get any of the NIT's with this percentile despite having the preference of state quota. 78.86 percentile is too low to get into any of the NIT's despite you belong to OBC category.
