The cee seats and admissions are considered eligible through the marks obtained in the cee exam.

The cutoff marks for the general category student for the top reputed colleges is 106

For backward category's it is 97

For scheduled caste and tribe it is 94 and 95 

These are the minimum cutoff marks required to get the admissions into the colleges, as you did not have enough marks you can't get the admission into colleges,  but try for the second counselling
