Chances for you to get CS or an integrated course is less, in your case. You may expect to get admission for an integrated course in you homestate NIT, as there is HS quota. So, do check the cutoff for different courses in your homestate NIT.

There are very less chances for you to get into NITs and choose CSE as your branch as you belong to the general category.Ofcourse there are many other good colleges in which you can get an admission based on your mains marks and choose your desired branch.Based on your jee marks,you will be given concession accordingly for most the colleges.Colleges and universities like LPU,KLEF,SASTRA,etc gives admission based on your mains marks as well.So please check them out.
