You may get a seat in iiit's.

Sorry to say but your category rank is very low and chances of getting seat in IIITs is very less.
Last year closing rank for OBC candidate for ECE branch was 4608 and for SC candidate it was 2719 and for ST candidate it was 2487.
Your category rank was very low in comparison to these closing rank. That's why there is no chances or chances are very less in some new IIITs with unpopular branches like footwear or leather technology.
