Hey Nithin

90 percentile means 10 percent students score more than you( means in 10 lakhs your rank is 1 lakh)

So it will be difficult to get NIT or IIIT with this percentile.

So try to score more in second attempt and try to secure 99+ percentile.

Please can you specify what do you mean by free seat.Nithin your rank will be declared on basis of your percentile after April exam.So admission in other colleges which considered JEE mains will be depend upon rank .so wait till the result .

I'm not interested to attempt second jee is there any benefits for me by getting 90 percentile in this 1 attempt

I think you should give 2nd attempt because it will be a chance for you to improve.And highest marks will be considered for ranking .And I think 90 percentile is not sufficient to get admission in good colleges ( NIT OR IIIT).

Than your january percentile will be considered for final ranking i.e 90 percentileMeans you have nothing to lose if you attempt April exam.

LPUSee previous year cut offs And check whether you get admission in rank under 1.5 lakhs or not.But if you are talking about ipu than it has its own entrance exam and admission is based on exam results.
