As you have not mentioned any category so I am assuming it to be general. Now with this rank in general category you have less chances of getting a seat in veterinary. This actually depends on cutoff which actually is around 5000. So this results in low chances . Also there are several other factors too effecting cutoff. Some are:-

• No. of students in exam
• Difficulty level of exam
• Previous years trends
• Seat availability
• Category

But nevertheless you may go for counselling for better clearance. Also If you are more clear with your details then I could predict better results .So if any query type in comment section below.
