There are very few seats in West Bengal for BASLP (approx 20-30) and that too in private colleges only. But if you are interested in the course you can check out PKK college of Education (affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences). They have a total of 20 seats for BASLP and you've a pretty decent rank so you may get a seat there.
