If you are a student of general category then it's really  difficult even to get admission in any NITs but definitely you will be eligible to appear for jee advanced.You should try to have above 95 percentile in jee mains April attempt if you want to get admission in NIT with CSE branch.

NTA have not declared any cut off lists yet for 2019 but the cut offs depend on a lot of factors like:
(1)Total applications received for the programme to which candidate has sought admission
(2)Total available seats
(3)Difficulty level of the exam
(4)The category under which admission is sought
now, according to your percentile your general category ranking will be around 81k. Last year the closing rank for cs branch in NITs was 18900(For general category/NIT Mizoram), so you have no chances of getting a seat at NIT for cs, you might get other branches.
However with this rank You've high chances of qualifying for JEE advanced so you should start preparing for that.
