actually the acdemic track of 10th adn 12th is good not all bad 

so i suggest u can prepare well for the CAT and make prepare well for CAT why i am telling because year by year the competation is increasing 

prepare the previous year question papers

If you have a passion for working in business then you can definitely prepare for CAT Exam. You have 4 years from now so you can easily prepare for the exam by learning core subjects and solving past year papers which help you make your concepts even more clearer. The percentages do matter but if you score high in CAT exam and clear interview round then you can easily get admission in your choice of institute.

Why not? your marks are good but the questions is what's your interest ?If you are interested in management then you can prepare for cat and persue mba.It all depends in interest go through the syllabus and see of what you can do.
