     Your score is great. You may get scholarship. Look basically you can get scholarship based on your 12th marks. So, search for that, if your state provided scholarship & what is requirement. Look every states provides scholarships to their meritorious students & aslo max to max their eligibility criteria is 75%.
Aslo every engineering colleges also provides scholarships, but that only provides details the institution itself but I think it will rank based. How you performed in their entrance test.
