91.39 percentile in jee main January session is good and thus i will recommend you to wait for you july session. If you really want to be an engineer try other exams to like VITEEE, COMEDK, AP EAMCET( focus should be more on this as its your state exam). Try to prepare like if you have no reservation otherwise it will give you a soft corner and may hamper your studies.
