Your score in Jee main is 89.11 percentile which is quite low . You can't get CSE at any nit or IIIT college . You may get some gftis listed as below .

Techno India salt lake
Don Bosco institute of technology , Mumbai
Haldiya institute of technology
Heritage institute of technology etc...
