Yes . Firstly congratulations on getting 92 percentile. It is not an impressive performance but it certainly is average and may get you into one of the lower NITs in the counselling procedure. Some of the colleges where you may be able to pursue Civil Engineering with your rank of 25444 and OBC category are:

• NIT Agartala
• NIT Meghalaya
• NIT Nagaland
• NIT Jalandhar

Also if you do not get admission in above mentioned NITs you may try for the following GFTIs as well:

• Assam University, Silchar
• Sant Longowal 
• Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra

At 25444 OBC category, It is not possible to get into civil Engineering at any NIT. The only NIT where general cutoff went below 35k was NIT NAGPUR comparing that with your OBC rank i think you could get a seat but maybe mot in CIVIL ENGG.
