Hello,
With the given percentile your expected rank will be around 66913.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula given below
(100-your total percentile)*869010/100
In your case it is
(100-92.3)*869010/100=66913.
Now by considering 2019 JoSAA seat allotment it is difficult to get seat with such rank in initial rounds unless they are domicile of a particular state.So if you mention your home state we may help you in answering whether you have any chances of getting a seat if your state has any NIT.Kindly comment below your state.
