Hello Sahil, you are from Bihar, so you will come under another state candidate while applying. Based on 2018 JOSAA last round cutoff of PEC you won't get any branches because the closing rank was 61909 Materials and Metallurgical Engineering for home state candidate. Based on your percentile your rank would be somewhere around 75,000-80,000. So, you won't have a chance.
