with your percentile your predicted rank will be 63.698. With this rank you can apply for NIT campus for sure. use your general category as the rank cutoff goes upto 2lakhs for general category in different streams in all the NIT campus.

try to apply for NITs with demanded branches. NIT trichy has a cutoff for male homestate in CSE branch was :- 5325 and other home state was 1373 which will be difficult to get. Try lower rated NIT campus.

with 60k rank you can apply for it. but rank may get changed as the april session is yet to be conducted and that may change the whole performance chart.
