Hi there.

Let me tell you that it is quite difficult to convert MHCET percentile into total marks. But I'm sharing a formula with you by which you can easily find out your ranking. The formula for calculating rank is ((100-percentile/100)*(total no of students)) +1. Now by using this formula you can know your rank and if any of your friend's rank is similar to yours you can roughly know your marks too. Another way would be to use the official website of CET wherein you can go to the answers given by students section and you can add up your total marks. However I'm not sure about the second method.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.

Thanks !
