12th marks doesn't matter in to take admission in any IIT/NIT/IIT, you just have to clear 75% + criteria to be eligible. As you have scored 93 percentile so your rank should be around 77k, you can also go to this link for more information

You have to score more that 97 percentile to get any seat in these NIT's and 98+ to get CSE. It would be best if you try another attempt to score good, for that score you get some lower NIT's and GFTI's with this percentile and rank in CSAB round like-

1- NIT Agartala, Chemistry

2- Central University of Rajasthan, Bio Medical Engineering

3- School of Engineering, Tezpur University Napaam, Tezpur

ECE, ME, CE, EE

4- Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar

CSE, EE, ECE, ME

5- School of engineering and technology, Garhwal University

ECE, IT, ME
