Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you have got 93 percentile in jee mains 2021 and taking into consideration that you are from EWS category. Your predicted rank according to my knowledge would be somewhat around 70k.

So,let me tell you that in this percentile you don't stand a chance to get into good nits like jamshedpur, jalandhar, rourkela, allahabad, kurukshetra,Silchar, durgapur. But if your home state belongs to one of these nits like arunachal Pradesh, srinagar, mizoram, Meghalaya and one gfti's like bit mesra ,guru ghasidas bilaspur ,you may have good chances to get into these colleges.

Hello Sengathu,

By looking at the percentile you have mentioned, this can fetch you somewhere the EWS rank around 10,000-11,000 if we observe the last few years Percentile vs Rank of EWS category in JEE MAIN.

You can also check our Rank predictor tool to check your rank on by giving input as percentile. Below I am attaching the link.

On this rank, it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in NITs if something unexpected does not happen. NITs seats get full by 8000, 9000 EWS rank but your rank seems to be falling between 10000 to 11000.

But in case your home-state is Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram or Arunachal Pradesh , then with the help of home-state quota you can get seats in the NITs available in these states.

You can check the previous year cutoff of all NITs by visiting the official site of JOSSA. Below is the link.

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

I must tell you that cutoff varies year to year as it depends on various factors like difficulty level of paper, Number of seats available, total number of students sitting in the exam and so on.

You can also use our college predictor tool to know which colleges are in your rank range.  You can go through it by clicking on the link below.

Most probably you are still having few attempts of JEE MAIN, if so then I will recommend you to go through supplement prepared by our experts to help you achieve a good rank in upcoming JEE MAIN. Below is the link to access it.
