Good to know that you performed well in jee mains. But getting a good gov college in Delhi with this rank is very difficult.

I can mention few colleges for you like- 

1) NSIT and DTU , the closing rank for even lower branches in these colleges is around 50k for Delhi region general category people.

2) NIT Delhi closes around 30 k

3) IIIT Delhi is out of question.

4) IPU are also good gov colleges but not available through jee mains.

So it would be very difficult to get gov colleges. But don't lose hope I am sure you will definitely get good college. I've seen many students in the same situation but finally lands into a good college. 

I advice you to pay a visit to the above mentioned link to know all college choice for you at your rank and careers360 is very accurate in this domain. Even I have tried that link during my days.
