According to your percentile your common rank would be near about 60,000. On the basis of this rank you cannot get any NIT or IIIT untill you belongs to any reservation category. As you belongs to reservation category OBC so you can try for lower tier NITs like NIT Tripura, NIT Silchar, and other NITs in eastern side but that will be only useful for degree purpose.

As you have not mentioned your home state so it is little bit difficult to predict any college for you. I would suggest you to prepare for second attempt of JEE-Main that is going to be held in month of July and try to hit the target of 97 percentile or more.
