Hello Candidate,
Yes you can get home state NIT with help of home state quota easily.
You have advantage of 5-7 percentile as comparison of general candidate.
If a general candidate getting NIT at a percentile of 98 than you easily able to fetch seat at a percentile of 92 - 93.

You have chances of getting seat in other state NIT also.

Right now it is hard to say that whether you will get NIT or not.Your rank under general category not will be enough to secure NITs.Rank under OBC category cann't be predicted right now as this is percentile score which is common to all category.Your rank under general category will be around 58k.You may get NITs with non core stream under general category.For sureity wait till NTA announces rank.

This is nikhil reddy..,  according to you percentile your rank lies around 43000.., in general ranking.so there is a chance to get admission at middle layerd NIT's and can get into few top NIT's if you compromise with your branch. 

And for top branches you have to compromise with your college.
