In my opinion u have a rank about 70k. You won't get good nits but you can get decent government colleges.

Congratulations on your success. This is indeed a nice score and you can get any good engineering college with this score. But nothing can be predicted as of now as the cutoffs have not been released by any colleges and would be out after the april session of JEE Mains so you need to wait till April for any confirmation.
For now you can refer to previous year cutoffs for reference purpose and get an idea of where you have chances.
