If I'll talk about JEE Mains examination, then with 93.8 percentile your rank will be between 55k-60k.
According to that, you can geg some of the NIT's, but hou have to compromise with branch.

And with 70 marks in EAMCET it's quite difficult to get top colleges in Hyderabad and specially CS branch.
But I can say you should apply for as much colleges you can.
And at that time caste category and domicile plays an important role. Or you can wait till the last round of counselling.

And as you have scored quite good in IPE, but as much I know, IPE only provide PG courses, so can you please provide me your clear query?
