Congrats for your board result and Yes definitely you are eligible for BSc Nizam Hyderabad,

B.Sc. (Physical Sciences)	Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Hardware	10+2/ equivalent with PCM as compulsory subjects
B.Sc. (Biological Sciences)	Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology	I10+2/ equivalent with PCB as compulsory subjects
