Hi aspirant,

Take a look at the previous year jee Main cutoff percentile required for different categories to qualify for JEE Advanced:

  • General......89.75 percentile
  • EWS.........78.21 percentile
  • OBC........74.31 percentile
  • SC............54.01 percentile
  • ST..........44.33 percentile
  • Pwd.......0.11 percentile

As you can see that the cutoff for EWS category is 78.21 to qualify for JEE Advanced. Hence, you are eligible for it based on previous year data. However, this is subjected to change but we can expect it to be more or less similar.

Hello,
Yes you are eligible for JEE Advanced 2020 according to your percentile in JEE Mains. You can also try to improve your score in the next session of JEE Mains if yoy have registered for it. Also, JEE Advanced will be conducted on September 27, 2020. So please prepare for it.
Your rank on the common rank list would be around 50000. With this rank you can non core branches in NITs and IIITs and GFTIs. Also as you are form EWS category, you can avail some more benefits.
Also, this year you don't need to score minimum 75% in boards to be eligible for JEE Advanced
Hope it helps
