Hi ! No there is no chance for you to get an nit or IIIT because the minimum rank you must acquire ( as a general category student ) is within 50,000. Still I your luck favours you you can have nit Manipur or a last worst nit with with worst streams. Hi teja , I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As nits and iiits are one of the most sought colleges in india so generally they have high cutoff to get admission .
Even if I consider in all states you have homestate quota then too you can get eligible to get nits in northeast india .
Either you take part in any other councelling or you can even take a year drop to prepare harder for  jee
2020 .
