Hi ! No , it seems hard for you to get a chance in any good nit or in good IIIT or in good GFTI. Still if your luck is too good then you may get some third tier nit or IIIT or GFTI, that is also with low graded branches. So hope you understand and best of luck to you. Still some colleges where you can have chances are nit Manipur, nit Jharkhand, amity, IIIT Kurnool and some other. So hope you understand and best of luck to you. I regret to inform you that with a short of few marks  in your jee you cannot get seats into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.

Condition will be different if you have homestate quota in any northeast region as only in northeast nits for homestate candidate the closing cutoff goes low to 18k or 19k .

But definitely you can get admission into some GFTIs
Like assam university, mizoram university, school of engineering , tezpur university
