You rank based on the given percentile is expected to be around 3300. The actual rank that you might secure may vary depending on various parameters like total number of candidates appeared, top score, least score, tie breakers etc. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category considering the previous year cut off  you may not get seat in NIT for admission to B.Arch your overall rank must be within 1500. To check the previous year cut off you can logon to JoSAA 2020 official page and check the opening and closing rank or you may use the link that is given below

If you belong to reserved category you might have chances of getting seat in NIT. So if you belong to any reserved category please mention it so that we can review the cut off again and predict the colleges based on previous year cut off. But if you belong to general category then you need to prepare for JEE Main upcoming sessions and score minimum 97-98 percentile.
