i got 94.5 percentile in jee main which college i can get

According to careers360 your rank would be around 58 -68k. With this you may not get a seat in any nits/iiits/gftis.
Still you have a chance.prepare well for April jee main
Stay focused and work persistently. Take breaks in-between and have a self assessment about the subjects that you are reading. Which one to practice more and etc. Make small notes and keep it handy. Take as many tests as possible. It will help you identify your weaknesses. Don't forget to enjoy your life as well . EAT,PRAY,STUDY repeat. Good luck
