Dear aspirant,
Colleges like VJTI and COEP are out of question however top colleges in Mumbai also comprises of father agnel (bandra) D.J.Sangvi, K.J.Somaiya, these will have seats available for grab and you can easily get one of these.
C.S seems a bit difficult to get right now without reservation like gujju reservation or religious reservation. But I think you could easily get a seat in St Francis or Thakur C.S or at thadomal or kj sion
