No,with a percentile of 94.8,you cannot get admission into any of the top NITs if you choose to have a computer science btech. You will have a rank which is around 45000 and you can not expect a computer science admission into top NITs with this rank.Most probably you will make a admission into a normal NIT if you wish to have a computer science engineering. As per yor score mentioned in jee mains 2019 so you may get any average NIT but it is difficult to get top NIT. For CSE in top NIT the minimum percentile required is almost above 99 percentile. Generally in order to get seat into NIT the minimum percentile required is 97 for general, 94 for OBC, 92 for SC/ST respectively. On 94.129 you will get average NIT with random branch.
