You may expect a rank in between 6000-8000. Rank depends on factors like number of candidates qualified, top score, normalized marks, category etc. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you may get seat in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering in JNTU, Kakinada. This is based on 2018 cut off depending on number of seats available, previous year cut off, number of candidates appeared cut off changes.
