No you won't be able to get admission into this course and the qualifying cut off marks required to qualify Neet is more that the marks you have obtained and I and sorry to tell you that  th e marks that you have obtained tells you have not qualified Neet exam . So you have not be able to get admission into any of the government medical colleges or even in government dental colleges.
