With 95 percentile your rank might be around 42-43,000 mostly. Usually the NITs close at 30-35,000 rank. Also depends on the branch that you choose. However, you can expect some courses like civil, mechanical, paper industry, etc. in North East NITs, NIT Sikkim, NIT Srinagar. Having said this cutoffs keep fluctuating from year to year as they depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc. So what will be the cutoff can't be so easily predicted. Once your rank is disclosed it becomes a bit easy then.
