Hi there,

If you belong to general category then you could only get into the low ranked nits like the eastern nits

  1. Nit Agarthala
  2. Nit sikkim
  3. Nit silchar etc.

That too if until the special rounds of counselling before that you can't. If you are a fresher you can take a drop and try to score more than 98.5+ percentile to ensure a seat at the top nits.

Still if you are looking for college this year onnly then there are following college which you can get

  1. Lnmiit
  2. Bit meshra
  3. Pec
  4. Thapar university etc.

For more such college you can use our college predictor tool.

Hello Aspirant
.
There are less chances to get nits as per previous years trends. But this the exam held twice so there may be slightly changes in cutoff.if you have reservation then with this percentile you may have chance to get nit .if you didn't have reservation better to give attempt to April jEE mains exam to increase the score.if you get more than 96+ score then there are more chances to get top Nits.
.
Use this formula to predict the rank:
  • Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469/100.
  • Your expected rank is 43723 by using above formula
.
This rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially. You have to wait for the official results.
if you want to compare with previous years cutoff of nits .you can go through the below link:

If you have any questions further let me know
.
Thank you!!!

If you get more than 95+ percentile you will get in top Nits this is not official one.it is mainly applicable for general category.for reservation category 85+ percentile score is better to score.
.
As per now results the minimum percentile is not yet released this is an assumption  but this may slightly differs from official cut off.
