Hey,
Based on last few year's cutoff, with this rank, there are chances of getting a seat in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam. But not in ECE. However there are chances that you can get Chemical Engg. and Civil Engg.

Some other colleges where you can get ECE are:

VIIT Visakhapatnam
Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT), Guntur
Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (SVECW), Bhimavaram
Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering (MVGRCE)
