As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 46076 - 36253. There is a less chance that you can get NIT on your rank but there is a chance you can get Home state(Gujarat) NIT/IIIT in your desired branch. but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
