If this is your JEE Mains percentile then I think your rank is somewhere around 60000. I would suggest you to apply in colleges like LNMIIT, NIRMA UNIVERSITY, JAYPEE, SIT PUNE . With this rank you can easily get admission in these colleges with no doubt. You have high chances of getting CSE here except LNMIIT and it depends on number of applications. So choose accordingly.
