Seeing the past trends it is difficult to get ECE or EEE in any of the top NITs. Your rank must be around 37k. But you may have a chance in some of the lower ranked NITs such as NIT Srinagar, NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, etc. However it depend on your home state too. For instance if you belong to Maharashtra then you will have the added benefit of your home state quota only in NIT Nagpur.
