Actually it depends on your caste and if you don’t mind in telling me your caste then I can tell the whether you can a seat in JNTU Kakinada.

Never, waste of time and energy

The cut off of jntu s is very high and the take up only those candidates who are below 20000 rank limit

They also consider categories, sports,phw,reservations....
