First of all, congratulations for performing very well in the Jee Mains examination and your rank is quite appreciable.
Well, you may easily get computer science engineering in some of the NITs like NIT ROURKELA, NIT CALICUT, NIT SURATHKAL, NIT BHOPAL, NIT JAMSHEDPUR and many more....
But it is better to apply any NIT in your own home state so that home state quota can also be applied at the time of counseling.

Congrats, you got a decent rank in JEE.

You can get into any of the NITs with your obc rank i.e., 1871. But the CSE branch is not guaranteed in the topmost NITs like NIT Trichy, Warangal if you belong to another state.

Even if you are from other states, you can get into NIT Goa, Rourkela, Andhra Pradesh as their closing rank was around 4000 in obc category the previous year.
