I GOT 96TH RANK IN AP LAWCET. I WROTE EXAM FOR 5YRS LLB COURSE. NOW I AM STUDYING B.COM 3RD YEAR. I CANT GET MY INTER TC. IS THERE ANYWAY?

In order to get TC, You can write an application to your principle to mention your ID or Admision number & place your request that you require TC.
