Hi Saurav,

Sorry to inform you that you will not get any college for engineering as minimum qualification marks for these colleges are 60% at least. As you are quite below the mark you will not be able to do engineering. However, you can amend this by reappearing for your Boards next year through improvement and try to score above 70%, then only you have any chance at engineering in any college. 

Also, you could take admissions in some low private colleges but I won't suggest you do that. You should apply for 'improvement' in my opinion.
