congrats to your percentile and the jee jan shift cuttoff has not been declared still now so you have to wait for the result  up to april after completion of jee mains session sure you have a good chances to get NITs

See till now the cuttoff has not been declared so faar which is going to be declare after the completion of the JEE mains April session as well the analysis made by the team of the experts , candidate's who are having the score of more than 95+ percentile have the greater chances to clear the JEE mains January session cuttoff but for getting into the NIT zone , that will be decided only after the declaration of the Cuttoff.

Yes!, you could get NIT easily as you have a high percentile. You could also use for state quota if you have a NIT in your state or any prime GFTI.
