Firstly Hearty Congratulations for scoring such a good percentile. This is indeed a great achievement. According to me you should apply for the top engineering in the state. By this I mean that you should apply for COEP , VJTI , ICT, SP these kind of colleges. See you can't get admission in any national level institute on the basis of MHCET score and hence you will have to apply for the college in the state. And I also suggest you to complete all the formalities carefully so that you'll be allocated with a well deserved college.
