Well you haven't specified your category ex -Obc ,SC,St. So, I assume you to be a general category student. In my opinion in jossa counseling it is difficult to get Cs in any top Nit like Trichi, Wrangal ,Karnataka,etc. If seen from last year cutoff.So you may wait for special round of counseling or you may get Cs in Nit like new ones but it is difficult . In your case your rank must be around - 25, 201.
