Hey there as per ews category ranking the cut off for you is lieing between the general and obc category according to that you can apply for the following colleges

1:NIT bhopal :> civil , mechanical or entc

2:NIT jaipur :> civil, mechanical or entc

3:NIT raipur:> IT, Entc,Electricals 

4:NIT patna:> cs ,IT, entc

5:NIT surat:> cs,It,entc,EE

6:NIT Goa:>It , Cs, entc,EE ,civil

You can also apply for iiits or gftis or other nits
