Hii Abhi.
Your percentile is good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting NIT Nagpur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal,etc but you will not get CSE.
You can get NIT from home state qouta for CSE in the later rounds.
Otherwise you can get CSE in Lower ranked NITs such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc.
